“The judging criteria for the REIWA Awards for Excellence goes beyond sales transactions or the size of rent rolls,” REIWA CEO Cath Hart said.
“These are the people and agencies who lead the way and set the standard for our industry. Their success is not always measured in dollars; it is a much deeper contribution to the people they work with, the customers they serve, and the communities they support.”
Coming off a trifecta of wins in 2023, the Realmark group will again have high hopes of coming away with the coveted trophies with Realmark North Coastal, Realmark Karratha, Realmark Urban and Realmark Commercial, as well as the Realmark group as a whole among the nominees.
Realmark North Coastal and Realmark Karratha will battle it out for Medium Residential Agency of the Year, where both offices are named as finalists among four other agencies.
Realmark North Coastal are also finalists for Residential Sales Team of the Year and Residential Property Management Team of the Year.
Aaron Green, sales consultant at Realmark North Coastal, is one of five finalists up for Residential Salesperson of the Year, and also one of five finalists for Marketer of the Year.
Realmark Urban’s Bonnie English is among nine finalists for Residential Property Manager of the Year.
Newly appointed director of sales and leasing Rob Dawson of Realmark Commercial is one of just two finalists for Commercial Salesperson of the Year, while Realmark Commercial’s director of asset management Gemma Hayes is also one of two finalists for Commercial Property Manager of the Year.
Finally the Realmark corporate team will be looking to defend its Marketing and Communications Award title, named a finalist among six others in that category.
Realmark was also nominated for Innovation Award, where it will take on three other finalists.
The winners in each category will be announced at the AFE Gala Dinner on 13 November at Crown Perth
REIWA states all award submissions were rigorously assessed by an independent judging panel of industry experts, overseen by a judge chief and adhering to the same rules set by REIA that govern AFE awards in all states and territories nationally.
